Property Committee

This committee is responsible for the proper care, maintenance and protection of all the assets and possessions of the congregation. The committee has oversight responsibility for the activities of maintenance personnel employed by the congregation and makes property related recommendations to the Church Council as necessary. The Property Committee:

• Coordinates building improvement projects that include the surrounding property and landscaping.
• Meets with contractors, performs maintenance/repair activities and yard work.

Property committee people are interested in helping with the upkeep of the physical building and surrounding property while enjoying the camaraderie of those with similar interests. While experience with mechanics, repair, and restoration is desired, it is not required.
